The Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) encourages all parents, new and current, to take an active part in their children’s education. All parents are eligible to join the P&C and we welcome fresh energy and ideas to help build on the school’s success.

Members are volunteers, who willingly give their time and enthusiasm to help make the school a better place for its students, parents and staff.
P&C News 2017

This student protection risk management strategy was developed to enable the P&C to comply with the legislative requirements specified in the  Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 and the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Regulation 2011 for the protection of children and young people from harm and the risk of harm.

Getting involved with P&C

You don’t have to join P&C Committee to get involved in many of the activities we organise.  Find out more about how to help through our ‘Give a little. Get a lot.’ initiative. We are constantly looking for volunteers to help with different events and activities. Read more about volunteering to find out how to help as well as more about our many fundraising activities.

If you want to join the P&C and vote on motions you will need to attend and sign the attendee register for at least two meetings. You then need to complete the Application for P&C Membership form 2016 (PDF 94KB) which can be presented at the end of the second meeting you attend.

All memberships lapse at the annual general meeting (AGM). The AGM is the only meeting a membership form can be lodged without being present at the meeting.
